“No one will save you.” In a world where infection unleashes humanity’s most violent and disturbing impulses, survival means staying one step ahead of the monsters — and the people who have become far worse. Crossed, based on the controversial comic book series created by Garth Ennis, brings a brutal mix of action and horror to the screen.
The story follows Stan (Devin Druid) and Cindy (Ash Santos), who lead a group of strangers on a desperate journey north in search of safety. Their path is threatened by the infected, known as the Crossed, whose defining mark is a cross-shaped rash on their foreheads.
Unlike traditional zombies, the Crossed are not simply mindless creatures searching for their next victim. A mysterious disease strips away their inhibitions, allowing their darkest and most violent impulses to take control. The result is a terrifying new kind of threat, one that makes every encounter unpredictable and potentially deadly.

With danger closing in and trust becoming increasingly difficult, Stan, Cindy, and their companions must keep moving if they hope to survive. But in a world where infection can turn ordinary people into unpredictable killers, escaping the infected may be only part of the problem.
A Different Kind of Apocalypse
Directed by Rob Jabbaz, best known for the disturbing horror film The Sadness, Crossed draws on Ennis’ bleak vision of a society collapsing under the weight of unchecked brutality.
The original comic series became notorious for pushing the boundaries of extreme horror, presenting an apocalyptic world in which the infected pose a threat far beyond the familiar rules of the zombie genre. The film adaptation brings that premise to a new audience, combining survival horror with action and an unsettling look at what happens when humanity’s worst instincts are unleashed.
The cast includes Devin Druid as Stan and Ash Santos as Cindy, alongside Ethan Jones Romero as Thomas, Kyla Hee as Kelly, Chido Nwokocha as Kitrick, and Spenser Granese as Brett. Garth Ennis is credited with the screenplay.
