Bill Murray is hitting the road, and this time his destination isn’t Hollywood. It’s Ireland—and he’s bringing his golf clubs along for the trip.
Paramount+ has released the official trailer for A Course Called Ireland, a new six-part docuseries that follows Murray and bestselling author Tom Coyne as they travel across the island, playing golf and taking in some of Ireland’s most legendary courses.
Golf, Road Trips and the Heart of Ireland
The series takes Murray and Coyne on an unpredictable journey through both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, combining their love of golf with a road trip across some of the country’s most memorable landscapes and courses.
Rather than simply focusing on the game itself, A Course Called Ireland looks to capture the people, places and experiences encountered along the way.
And with Bill Murray involved, viewers can probably expect the trip to be anything but predictable.
The six-part series is described as a mix of documentary and comedy, following Murray and Coyne as they make their way around Ireland one golf course at a time.
