A PAST THAT REFUSES TO STAY BURIED

After spending 30 years abroad, Raanan returns home, only to find himself confronting painful memories he thought he had left behind. An unexpected encounter with an elderly man brings unresolved issues to the surface, while a brief affair with a much younger man sends him into an emotional spiral.

Caught between generational differences and his own internalized homophobia, Raanan must face the emotional wounds that have shaped his life. As the past begins to collide with the present, he is forced to confront parts of himself he has struggled to accept.

A MAN WALKS DOWN THE STREET explores shame, unresolved trauma and the difficult journey toward self-understanding.

The film stars Angel Bonanni as Raanan, Uri Banai as Itzik, Gili Blum as Young Raanan, Maya Maoz as Rachel, Itay Polishuk as Eytan and Ofer Regirer as Amit.
