THE EXORCIST: MARTYRS OFFICIAL TEASER TRAILER
The story follows Detective Julie Miller, a police officer who, 13 years earlier, helped bring down a notorious satanic serial killer. She has spent years trying to move on from the horrors of that case, but a new series of murders begins to draw her back into the past.
What makes things even worse is that Julie’s 12-year-old son, Max, becomes the focus of a terrifying demonic force.
As the new murders begin to reveal connections to the original case, Julie finds herself caught between her responsibilities as a mother and her determination to uncover what is really happening. This time, however, the threat isn’t simply another killer.

Scarlett Johansson stars as Det. Julie Miller, with Jacobi Jupe as Max Miller. The cast also includes John Leguizamo as Father Sunday, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Father William, Diane Lane as Mary Miller, Sasha Calle as Det. Gina Restrepo, along with Laurence Fishburne, Rahul Kohli and Hamish Linklater.
With Mike Flanagan behind the camera as writer and director, THE EXORCIST: MARTYRS looks to take the familiar battle between faith, evil and demonic possession in a new direction while connecting its supernatural story to a police investigation and a mother’s fight to protect her child.
THE EXORCIST: MARTYRS arrives in U.S. theatres March 12, 2027.
