Europe has become a nightmare, and the living are running out of places to hide. Apocalypse Z: New World, the upcoming horror thriller directed by Carles Torrens, takes viewers back into a world devastated by the deadly TSJ virus, where one dangerous mission could mean the difference between survival and extinction.
Following the outbreak, the Canary Islands have become Europe’s last refuge from the infected. But safety is only temporary. When a special team heads to the mainland to retrieve desperately needed supplies, Roberto joins the mission with motives that may not be entirely trustworthy.
What begins as a search for essential resources quickly turns into a fight to stay alive. Surrounded by hordes of infected and facing growing tensions within their own group, Roberto and his companions must navigate a world where danger comes from more than just the virus. With loyalties divided and survival hanging in the balance, trusting the wrong person could prove just as deadly as encountering the infected.
